Change date time format

[Android Central Question]

I have a Galaxy S5 active that was previously a US AT&T tethered phone. I brought it second hand and I want to now change the date format and the units to european mode ie DD/MM/YYYY instead of MM/DD/YYYY and C instead of F and KPH instead of MPH and I would also like to get rid of the american voice on google maps

Same here (using google pixel 2) using android 8. Can't find a way to change to the European format.
