Change Eastern Arabic Numerals used in the clock

Can anyone please help with this one?
I have a samsung galaxy s3 (not rooted) with the language set up to arabic. Unfortunately (for me) the clock and numbers generally is showing up with Eastern Arabic Numerals (٠‎ - ١‎ - ٢‎ - ٣‎ - ٤‎ - ٥‎ - ٦‎ - ٧‎ - ٨‎ - ٩‎) (used only in the Middle East) instead of the Arabic Numerals (0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9), where the last mentioned are the numerals used worldwide.
Is there a way of changing the numerals to show worldwide numerals (0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9) but keeping the system language in arabic?
