Change function to answer phone

Most calls that come I need to swipe to answer but some appear on top and just say click answer. Why does it keep changing?

How can I make it only press to answer not swipe.

Well if you're using the phone the notification will pop up on screen and you press accept. This can be disabled so that a call will fill the whole screen and you have to swipe. But if the screen is off you swipe to answer. There are some settings you can enable like pressing the home button to answer a call etc.
