Change LG Stylo 3 Plus Assistant to Cortana

Back to android for a brief time (maybe longer?) after having been on iOS for a few years and I would like to change the assistant from Google Assistant to Cortana. I've tried what I've found in other articles about how to do this, but it doesnt seem to work the same on this device. Anyone have any experience with this?

Finally found this solution. Thought I would go ahead and share it for the huge subsection of people who actually want to use Cortana on there android phone and have an LG Stylo 3 Plus.

Go to Settings and select the general tab. From here go to apps. My mistake was going here and looking for the Google Assistant app to change the setting or looking for something in the Cortana app to set to default. At the Apps overview section, select the 3 dots menu in the top right corner and select Configure Apps. In this next menu select Assist and voice input. the first option, Assist app is where you change your default assistant.

Hope this helps someone. I spent 2 days looking for this.
