Change my home location on HTC M8

I factory reset my phone in a different city and now in my lock screen it shows that city as my home. How do I change that?

It must be in the phone somewhere.

Google has my home as my correct location. And Google Apps and my smart lock feature are all showing my correct home.

It is only in the lock screen. It shows the weather for my current location and my "home" location and that "home" is showing the city I reset the phone in.

Open the weather app and change it there. The weather "home" location is in the weather app, not in the lock screen, it just shows on the lock screen, but it shows what the weather pp itself is set to.

That's what I figured. I can't actually figure out how to do that. Do you know how? Is this weather app specific HTC or is it an Android app?

Inside of the weather app I can add and delete cities. But I can not delete this default city that is in there automatically.
