Change name of Galaxy S5?

Is there a way to change the "name" of the S5? I use the Chrome feature where I can send a page I am looking at on my desktop to my S5 and right now it shows SM-G900T. I would like it to be recognized as something else. Is this possible?

Settings->About Phone->Device Name.

should be able to change it on the computer too I think.

Those are two separate labels. The one on the phone changes the network identifier. The Google Play name has to be changed through the device manager settings in Google Play through a browser.
