Change play store location

when i got my nexus 4, i began using it with a foreign chip since i live in a bordertown i and coming from a cdma phone on virgin it was the only chip i had.. now anywhere i access the play store i only get shown the applications available on the foreign country .. how can I change this back to the u.s. to get all the apps I usually would? So I wont have to be going to the people and installing from there..

Use Market Enabler app change your Play Store region to whatever you want. It requires root access though.
