Change Slot Index Cycle

How to change Slot Index Cycle? Because ##DATA# not working.
I need to solve Lag Ring issue.
Phone is rooted.

Requires QPST and the phone's SPC code.
If you've got that you can use QPST Service Programming to change the phone's slot cycle index
