Change Stock email font

Hi. I have Gmail, Outlook, And my company email in the stock email app. I just sent My Ceo an email from my note5 and the font is Times New Roman 12. how can I change it to a Sans serif font at 10 or 11? The TNR does not comply with our rules. LOL

I can't find a font setting for email. I did Change my font for the base look and feel of my note, but it isnt the same.
