Change the default Music App

Hey guys, when I connect my LG G3 to my car's Bluetooth the LG Music app automatically loads up. As it is not that great an app, I use Google Music and would prefer for that to start up rather than the LG app.

Is there a way to choose which app is the default for music or a way of disabling the LG app?

I would think Tasker may be able to help with this.. Going to ask our G3 guys if they know any tricks .

I tried getting Apollo installed like it is on my razr's LiquidSmooth ROM but was not able to find the apk for some reason.

You can disable the app in settings. That should allow the other music app to be the default. That's how I made it work when I started using Power Amp to replace the LG app.

Go to settings - General - apps - all - scroll to music and tap on disable. Sorry, no screen shot.
