I just made the jump from an iPhone 4S and am loving it so far. Wondering if there is a way to change the SMS and email inbox from black background with white writing to white background with black writing. I have searched and haven't been able to find out how. Do I need to download an app? If I can make this one change I am hooked. Thanks for the help.

You can install Go SMS Pro and swap out themes. There's even one that is similar to the look of the iPhone's messaging App...

p.s, even if you use a theme.. everything.. font colour/size/style, background colour, etc... can be customised.
you can even download the Emoji Plugin for sharing emoji with your i-friends ;)

Not sure on that one. I use the Gmail app. Haven't used the stock Samsung one or any third party ones from the Play Store.
