Change Vibration patterns

[Android Central Question]

I have searched and cannot find a way change vibrations between apps. So far One UI 2.5 looks like vibration can only be turned on or off for each app. I specifically want my text messages to have a different vibration pattern than my email or other messanger apps.

I also just switched back from a long stint with iPhone so I apologize if this answer ends up being basic.

You can't change the vibration to different intensity individual but you can for global notifications in setting then sounds and vibration

You have to see in the app setting if they have that option otherwise can't change it individual.
