Changes to Keyboard? Lost number row

I woke up this morning to what appears to be an iPhone keyboard. My swipe is missing. My keyboard no longer has a row of dedicated numbers (0-9) across the top. Is this a change to software or just a setting I need to modify?

I use a Note 5 from 2015. I sure hope it is just a setting.
