Changing blur depth in UFocus??

When I tried the M8 in the store yesterday there was a slider for the amount of blur depth I wanted. I purchased the phone, but I don't have that option on mine? Am I missing something?

You have to take a picture on auto and then use the features while editing.

I think this is it. Thanks! I was trying to update the phone itself and it said it was up to date so I was lost!

Yeah, to be able to adjust the level of blur, it's the gallery app that requires an update.
