Changing icon shapes

[Android Central Question]

I have tried to change the unattractive icon shapes on my 10e via Developer mode but only some icons change; others remain in default. Also it locks my wallpaper in landscape.
Any suggestions?

You can use 3rd party launcher to accomplish this or Samsung theme just for icon
