Changing Icons

I like the Galaxy S3 and I really like how I have my pages set up.
I have tried a few Launchers but they all change things too much.
I want to only change my icons.
Is there a plain Jane launcher that doesn't change things and is just used as a launcher?

All of them are "just used as a launcher", but none of them that look like TouchWiz (the stock Samsung launcher) allow you to change the icons.

Welcome to Android Central! Nova and Apex are pretty close to vanilla Android in appearance, and allow you to use icon packs. When you say "plain Jane," I assume you want something that's like vanilla Android, and not like TouchWiz.
