Changing phones without resetting Huawei Watch 3 Pro

Hi,
I have a Poco F3 phone and an iPhone.
I would like to move the watch to different phones and I use one for work. However it resets and removes all the data.
Is there a way of changing phones without resetting please?

See if that works.
