Changing start up sound?

Does anyone know how to change the Note 4 startup sound? I can't seem to find anything like this. (And can wake-up and shut-down sounds be set?)

I don't think you can do that without rooting. But you can avoid hearing these sounds if your phone is set to Vie/Silent mode before you shutdown.
