Changing the lock screen shortcuts

Is there anyway to change the shortcuts located on the lock screen? I couldn't find anything in the menus but wanted to make sure I just didn't over look it

If its anything like the Galaxy S3 it should be changeable via the lock screen settings in the settings app.
