Changing to male voice navigation in Google Maps

I am wanting to change the voice navigation in Google Maps to a male voice.

When I press Play on the General management > Language and input > Text-to-speech screen, the voice that plays is male.

I can't take a screenshot of the 'Google TTS Options' screen as I get: "Can't take screenshot due to security policy."

Any ideas?

If the TTS voice is male, Maps should be male too, because it should be using the TTS setting that you have in Settings.

I have the same issue too. My Google assistant is male and so is everything else. But the Google Maps voice is female. I don't even have an option to change it to male only different country voices.

Same here. I can change the language or the accent of English that Maps speaks to me in, but can't change the female voice to male even with the system TTS set to a male voice. Very disapointing!
