Changing Wallpaper

Hi, I'm new to HTC and Android but i'm not an *****. I'm having a problem trying to change my wallpaper. I want to change the screen that has my apps on it from the default black but every setting I change in the personalized wallpaper and lock screen menu only changes the wallpaper on my lockscreen?

If you mean the background in the app drawer I don't think you can change that.

That's correct, you can only change the wallpaper on your lock screen and all of your home screens. The app drawer on the one keeps a black background.
