Charger and phone really warm?

The 25 watt charger that came with my Ultra seems to get pretty warm while charging as well as the back of my Ultra. My Note 9 definitely doesn't get this warm with the charger it came with, but it does get warm when I use the 25 watt Ultra charger on it. Should i stop using the 25watt ?

The Note 9 will only charge at 15W anyway but I doubt it will damage it using the 25W charger

The device controls the charging rate not the power source. It may charge at a higher rate intially with the 25W charger if the Note 9 supports it but that should drop off as the phone reaches closer to capacity.

Started out that way at first charge out of the box but now everything seems to be better.
