Will it harm my s3 if i used Zune's charger? I cant find my wall charger and the only plug that's close to samsung's (output 1.A) is this

Input 100 - 240V ~ 1.A 50/60 hz
Output 5V --- 1.5A

No, I charge my S3 with a variety of chargers including a 2.1amp one in my car.

I use Samsung 2A chargers in both home & car.
The phone doesn't know or care what kind of transformer is pushing juice to it as long as it is within range.

I use a 3A charger to charge my phone. Since 1.5A isn't too high (mid range), it won't harm your phone. In fact, it can charge slightly faster than the stock wall charger.

Do you have any idea how much current your phone is pulling from your 3A charger?
I have an inductive ammeter and might just check mine.

... And some people are reporting 5.6V from their Palm wireless chargers, so it seems there is a wide range.

It may be strange, but my current checker says 1.9A.

The phone will only take as much current as it needs (or can stand).

I measured my Pixi back at 5.62V today. :D
Still waiting for the rest of the bits.

I don't think that is low current (for going into a phone)
How warm does the battery get?

My 2A chargers seem to get the job done.
I know they're for a Tab or Note2, but are within spec.
USB 2.0 will only push 500mA according to this thread on XDA.

I can understand if the phone were only charging at 1/4 the current you see, that it might seem slow.

It would get slightly warm, just like when I'm using my stock charger. However, there isn't any accurate current checker for S4 so this value may be inaccurate.
