T-Mobile Galaxy S8 Charging battery icon on lockscreen to small

Is there a way to make the battery icon that shows charging status bigger. I can barely see the little lightning bolt charging status when its on my wireless charger. -Thanks

Not unless you use a lock screen replacement, I'm afraid. Or if you root and find a ROM that has that specific cosmetic modification.

I'm not sure if you change the resolution on your phone that will make the icon bigger, but you can try that. It's a PITA if you just have to do that purpose though.

Thanks I was just hoping for a easy solution but you are right it sounds like more trouble then its worth. I appreciate the quick response

If the resolution trick works, you could try to use Tasker so that when your phone is locked it automatically changes the resolution (not sure if that option is supported by Tasker or if you'd need root or if not at all) and then revert back to normal when you unlock. You'd definitely notice the change, if possible, and it'd add a delay to using your phone after you unlock.

Alternatively you could have Tasker activate/deactivate a profile for Power Saving where you only ask the phone to change resolution/zoom levels.
