Charging cable warning

Just a cautionary about the WSD-F10 charging cable. Be sure to unplug the cable when not using it to charge the watch.

The charging cable connectors are too exposed on the watch side, and with the magnetic head, it is easy to accidently attach to a metal object, which will short out the cable if connected to power.

Doesn't seem to cause a fire or anything, but the cable is now useless to charge the watch. Don't ask how I know.

Fortunately Casio replaced mine under warrantee.

Thanks for the heads up! That sounds like a significant design flaw.:-\ I've had magnetic chargers clamp on briefly to other metallic objects without a problem, so I wonder if it's something specific to that cable.
