Charging extended battery?

I just received my extended battery from VZW. My question is: is there a certain way to charge it? I was wondering if the charge would reach the capacity of the stock battery and stop charging, or will it completely charge the extended battery?
I have not seen any external chargers available.

um use the charger you got with the phone. It will completely charge the battery. It will take a little longer to charge than the stock battery...

I made sure the new battery was ran completely down before charging at least three times. Yes it does take a little longer to charge, however the life of the battery now is GREAT!
