Charging issue on Bamf 2.1 remix?

Ever since I flashed the Bamf 2.1 remix my phone has charged ridiculously slow. In the last hour it has only gone up 6%. Is anyone else having this issue?

The leankernel works great for me it might be faster then it was on froyo.

GO here [GB Kernel] leanKernel: minimalistic kernel (3.3.8GBtest 6/27/11, v3.1.6cm7 6/17/11) - xda-developers and download the latest GB Lean Kernal and you should be good to go. Also if you are having problems getting your PC to recognize your phones SD card, download the patch it will fix it. Cheers.

To install a new kernel you just flash in recovery the same you would do for a ROM and you don't need to wipe.

Just did a test and in an hour it charged just under 40% which IMO is not to bad

Fyi, if you plug in your phone and then reboot it will charge very fast

I've tried flashing that kernel 3 times, but every time I select it in recovery, it seems to open the .zip and ask which folder I want to install. It gives me the options for both folders (META-INF and system), and an option to go back. Am I doing something wrong or it there a problem with the file?

Did you unzip the folder initially? don't unzip it.

In recovery, go to install zip from sd card - choose zip from sd card - then find your .zip file. It should just install then, and you can reboot afterwards.
