Charging Issue via 'Dock' pins with 4.0.4

Hello all,

Does anyone know if the new OTA 4.0.4 upgrade included changes for the dock? I had been using those pins for charging and it would typically only take 2-3 seconds for the phone to change its state to charging. Now it is taking 10 seconds or more. Nothing has changed on my phone other than this upgrade as far as I can tell...
