charging issue

hey everyone. I'm having an issue with my device. I used to be able to use it while it was charging, but now lately when its charging and I'm using it the battery still goes down. It won't charge. I have to leave it alone and let it charge. I've done a factory reset and still. Any ideas?

Are you using Samsung supplied 2.1 amp (2100ma) charger or have you changed to different charger? Or changed to charging off USB from computer?

I'm using the cable and plug the device came with. I'm using the outlet not my computer
