charging issues USB/AC

Just bought a new Droid Maxx and Ive having the same issue with charging it...Ive plugged it in via USB/Car Charger/ and into an outlet and after litteraly 12+ hours the charge has went from 12% to 50%....whats the deal....

Somethings not right. Wall charger is oem? Which car charger? Was it warm in the car?
