Charging Overnight Question is the EVO Charger different?

I plugged in my phone (Using PRE charger) around 10:30 P.M. and the battery was down to 10-15%. I looked at my phone around midnight and the light is green and the phone is fully charged. I remember reading about reviewers complaining how slow the charger was. I got a full charge in 2 hours! Is the EVO charger any different does it charger slower to get the battery fully charged?

Essentially my phone is sitting on standby for 8 hours and plugged in and once I start using it the battery is down to 90-92% in 5-10 minutes after unplug.

Anyone else? I have also notice if I plug in my phone during the day for say an hour or so. The battery will be come fully charged but will discharge much quicker.

I want your charger. I had the phone off last night and took over 3 hours to charge it!! And yes, the first 10% of my battery dumps off in like 20 min.

I don't know how some people are getting such great battery life. I've tried the tricks an no go!

I think these phones charge at different rates, I wish my phone took 3-4 hours to charge, I dont think its good for the battery to charge in 90 minutes.
