Charging percentage

First of all I love the quick charge and the battery times I am getting with my 6P. When I fast charge my 6P and reach 100% on the indicator I have noticed that I still have a bit more time to leave it on the charger to achieve the " fully charged" message. Will I get any extra battery time by leaving the phone on the charger a few extra minutes even after I get to 100%?

I think you're way over thinking it. Even if it is the case, the "extra charge" you get would likely be so small you wouldn't even notice.
