Charging problem

So the past 2 nights I turn my intuition off around 11pm & plug it in to charge. I see the battery symbol come on & it starts moving like its charging with the phone off. I get up around 6am, turn phone on and its only at 50%?? so its not charging! once phone is turned ON & plugged into exact same outlet then it charges just fine.... What is up? thanks for any & all help.

So I just called verizon & it sounds like this might be a issue with this device. tomorrow is my last day of my 14 days so I have to go to my local verizon store tomorrow & try to exchange it. hope its in stock!

If it's a problem with your phone, they should replace it under warranty, not under the 14-day return window.

Yeah nope... The Verizon rep made me pay again to send out a new device even though I was within the 14 day window. I didn't feel that was right and told him so, but when I had a bad bionic last year they did the same thing.
