i order my mum's friend a refurbished phone and i have problem with cable.
Charging USB-C cable does not seat all the way into the phone.

but i try my mum's USB-C cable and its working fine...and goes all the way in and fits properly

maybe phone is refurbished that's why?
how can i fix the cable usb-C cable that came with the phone?

Your cable doesn't go all the way in but hers does? It's just a bad connector on the cable. Contact the seller for another cable.

Just buy a new cable
It is fairly inexpensive.

Yeah, it sounds like the cable. If your mom's cable fits properly in both phones, then it's the cable not the phone.

Just get a new USB-C cable from a reputable dealer. They are fairly cheap.
