Charging VS battery life?

Question about charging VS battery life?

Every night I put it back on the charger base before I go to bed. It usually is around 70%. To prolong the battery, is that okay or should I charge it every other day.

Shouldn't be any problem.
I charge every morning when I get a shower.

Without getting into the nitty gritty, the general guideline for Li-ion batteries like our devices use is to keep it between 40-80%. So if you put it on the charger at 70% to top off overnight, that will put extra stress on the battery. If you do want to get into that nitty gritty stuff, this article is a good place to start.

I noticed when I charge the clock via the USB cable plugged into the laptop that my battery runs slower, I read somewhere that the laptop gives an output of about 500 mAh, and the charger about 700 mAh, charges faster with a wall outlet than a laptop. but that's why the battery runs out more when I'm charging through a wall socket (on electricity)
