Chase Bank App

I had the same problem, someplace on here I had a post. I wish I could remember who to give credit to, but what worked for me was to uninstall the app, and then reinstall it. Everything worked fine after that.

Me too...well I could log on but acct info was always N/A. Then one day it started working. No more problems.

I have the same issue, can't login to Chase with the new GB update. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, rebooting etc to no avail. I receive:

"We're temporarily unable to connect to Chase. Please try again later. Thanks for your patience."

The Chase app reviews show MANY people are having the issue as well on the EVO. Someone just comment that they "spoke with Chase today, they're aware of EVO issue but will call back when this is resolved". No timeframe given.

Issue: Chase Mobile App for Android
Error: "We're temporarily unable to connect to Chase. Please try again later. Thank for your patience."

Here is a fix that worked great...
I have a Motorla Atrix 4G phone running Android v2.2.2 on AT&T.

First I call Chase Bank Internet support. They directed me to contact my Cellular Vendor for a Certified Patch. As it turns out there is 'NO' certified patch. But there is a solution.

Next I called AT&T Tech Support... After being redirected a couple of times, I got a tech that was extemly helpful. Here is the solution that worked.

- From your AT&T Android Atrix 4G Phone, Go To: Market and dowload and install the free 'Atrix Certificate Update'.
- Run the 'Atrix Certificate Update' once. This required a phone reboot.
- Done !!! The Chase Mobile App now works perfectly.

Hopefully this info will allow you to find a fix for all the other Android phones with this same problem.

Is there a way to update the certificate on the LG Thrill? My LG Thrill 4G is doing the same thing....uninstall / reinstall and even called Chase to no avail.
