ChatOn App Keeps Installing/Updating!

Besides rooting, is there a way to disable this app for good? I go into the Android system menu to uninstall/disable ChatOn, but every few days the app updates and seems to reinstall (enable). How can I stop this activity?

I disabled it and unchecked the notification. All good here, also not Rooted.
