[Chatter] "Where everybody knows your name ..."

Done with my first exam. Pretty tough but I think I did OK. Every other exam is just memorization 😀

I'm going to make a bot that will detect when there is 45,999 posts and do it for me automatically. (Now all I have to do is learn how to make said bot).

Good luck with that!

Please make me one while you're at it.

But I want mine to just dig for gold and diamonds, don't care if my bot knows how to post here. Hehehe :p:p

Not a robot. A computer bot (or program) that will check AC's site for the number of posts in this thread. 😛

So, my sister wants to upgrade her phone (Motorola Photon).
She most likely will go for the GS4.

I kinda feel the need to actually get the GS5 for me and give her my GS4.

But, we're on sprint and I think I've read that with spark on the GS5 I can't surf the Web and talk at the same time.
I got so used to doing both things on my Photon since I normally had WiMax coverage most of the time and also with my GS4 since I'm on LTE most of the time.

There are other concerns too, but surf and talk at the same time is the main one. Uuuggghhh!!!

At the moment nothing else is better than the GS5, at least for my needs.

And I guess any new phone on Sprint will suffer the same problem with the stupid spark thing. 😡😠😠😠

I just got the HTC One M8 and it has the same thing.

I have actually read that the ability to have data and voice at the same is a dying technology.

The reason, I have read, is that all of the new smart phones have a single radio path on their chip (radio antenna) instead of having two separate radio paths. Supposedly the reason for the change is that having a single radio path is more power efficient, and causes the processor chip to use less power.

Please note, that is what I have read. I am not sure that I believe all of it, though.
