Cheap Cables, Plugs etc.. that are safe for your Bionic.

I've seen a few threads lately about cables not working properly.

I've ordered from MonoPrice a few times and the cables are fantastic and are 10 feet long. They work perfectly with my Bionic.

I've used these with the OG Droid and the Bionic and they work like a charm.

I would NOT buy a car charger from them because they are low voltage. Amazon has the OEM Motorola Car chargers for $5.76. I bought two and they are FANTASTIC.

I always use monoprice and have had no issues on any device.

I also have the monoprice 10-foot micro-HDMI cable, and it works perfectly.

However, I will say that I also purchased the 15-foot version of this cable, and it did not work. I think 15-feet may be too long for the Bionic to push a digital signal reliably. Someone else did post that they were able to get a 15 footer to work though, so if you need 15 feet, you may give it a try, otherwise I'm confident to say the 10 footer will work great.

I bought a 3ft cable from monoprice and it is pretty bad. If you slighty move the cable or the phone it goes in and out. More out than in.

I got 3 of the white Wall chargers, and had all 3 die on me with less than 10 hours of use... maybe I just got a bad batch...

To ensure proper charging while using 4G and Google Navigation I bought a 2.1Amp Rocketfish car charger and it works like a champ and keeps up with the battery drain. It even has an additional USB port on the plug portion.

The Amazon link to the ones I bought work while plugged in and talking or navigating - they still charge. A far better deal for a little over 5 bucks.

I bought about 7 of the black and had no problems.

I did have one out of 7 cables with a bad plug and they shipped a replacement for free. Originally they were going to have me send it back until I said "for a $1.17 cable?". Then they just sent me one.
