Cheap phone for web browsing?

Can you recommend a cheap phone that is good for web browsing and basic video watching? Thank you.

You didn't mention a price range, but I would suggest the Moto G.

Yeah Moto G is a good option if you're budget is around $200.If you're budget is $100 then Moto E is also pretty good. And finally if you can stretch your budget to $300 then Moto X 1st gen is great.Avoid Samsung at all costs if you're on a budget!! .Hi end Samsung phones perform well but the low and mid range ones are complete trash and overpriced garbage.

Samsung Galaxy S4 has a great internet browsing and downloading speed and also packs in a Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 4G, NFC and Infrared port.

Ok but if i had to choose between Moto X 2013 and S4,i would go with Moto X because it will not lag like S4 because of bloated Touchwiz UI.
Xperia Z1 Compact is also a good option.

If you want cheap and good smartphones then i would suggest you Zenfone 5 and Moto G.

I'd go with the Samsung Galaxy S3 over the Moto G. It has the same specs but to me the Amoled displays look better for watching video. They have better contrast (blacks are blacker which makes reading small print easier) andd more vivid colors. $170 right now on ebay.
