Cheap US Prepaid Pay as you go/by minutes?

Hi, i'm travelling to the states in a week for about a month from canada and was wondering if anyone can link me with a cheap prepaid pay by minute plan. I am travelling most big cities like washington, vegas, sans etc and need service throughout.

What i currently have with my canadian provider is if im roaming in us, it will be .20c/minute outgoing in states, .20c incoming in states, and with a $5 addon it will go down to .10 per minute.

Im looking for something that is comparable to what i have and cheaper, including cost of microsim. Im using my nexus 4 so most provider will work. Text could be extra if its cheap, i get .15c/text out and free in currently with my sp. and Data could also be an extra if it have fair rates (currently mine will be $1/mb in states and with addon .50/mb)

I am not looking for too much minutes like 300+, anything below that will work. and also i prefer if its not prepaid by the day or month.

If you don't need data, AT&T has a 10? per minute GoPhone plan. But be aware: "Smartphone users cannot use pay per use data, and are restricted to Wi-Fi data service on this plan."

If you're going to be here for a whole month and you're going to use data in any real quantity, it's going to be cheaper just to get a month's worth of service from any of the prepaid providers.

300 minutes paid by the minute will never cost you less than $30 and are likely to cost more than that. Add in some data and SMS and you're easily over the cost of a month of unlimited prepaid service.
