I have a cheeky question on behalf of a "friend" who has a lovely galaxy note for nearly a year now. He would like to know if anyone can suggest an easy/idiot proof way to claim on the GN warranty through the mobile company that he has the contract with (Orange)
The GN has been scratched quite a bit on the nice exterior because he didn't realize that as well as a screen protector, it would have been a good idea to buy a full protection accessory, instead of the crappy and expensive Samsung product.So hes basically looking at a way to get a replacement on warranty without too much hassle.
Has this been discussed before??
