I recently got this power unit ( Quick charge 2.0) along with a type c to type c cable. I will break this down very easily to narrow down the review.
1. This is my first type c to type c product ordered so I was a bit skeptical about trying out a replacement product due to the recent OnePlus stunt! I was assured it was an approved usb cable to work with my nexus 6P so I bit the bullet.
2. Upon getting the product I really LOVE that they ship everything in a recycle friendly packaging as I'm very firm on recycling. Nothing fancy really included other than the usual warranty card and boxing.
3: Product stability - While I'm not a huge wire expert or such the usb cable is a thich gauge which in my understanding will withstand use! I've used thin wiring USBs before and they are awful! They wear out quick. This wire so far on my only usb type c device has worked wonderful without issue. I got the 2 meter option one. The power unit itself is your average size power unit. I'm glad they didn't go with the L shape unit because those are annoying to fit in a compact bag or let alone your pants (OUCH!). It charges my nexus 5x at full speed just as much as my OEM one does. I can't complain here as I wanted a spare for when one of them gives up.
4. summary: If you want a product that will work and comes with a great warranty buy this choetech quick charge 2.0 type c charger as it will save you a headache and a half! It is cheap and affordable.
