chrome back to integrated tabs

I recently did a factory recent on my 6P and chrome browser must have updated at the exact same moment? All windows are the way cruelness used to be, integrated into one screen vs. bring indiviso tabs. All apps are updated.

As a result, I'm having issues connecting to networks that require you to have a browser window pop up.

Anyone else have this update it is there something wrong with my phone?

If you go to the chrome settings, do you mean the option disappeared ?

In chrome, tap the three dots, upper right ,
Then settings,
The option for the tabs should be second from the top. (I'm sorry my phone is in French, I don't know the exact name of the setting)
It should be set at something like on, or activated.
