Chrome killing my battery

Anybody else have the issue?

It was using 50% of my battery and my tablet was dead after 2 hours usage and today it is using 43%

I think the power drain happens when alot of windows are open or alot of websites are open and also some apps are running. Also videos kind of increase how much battery is being used because of plug-ins. That's my thought.

Yes, I just found the same thing. When an app is draining your phone faster than he screen, you know there is a problem. I'm pretty sure I updated it in the last week, so I'm thinking they broke something.

I uninstalled it and rebooted my phone. I may try to reinstall it later. I'm not sure what advantages it has over the native browser in my S3 anyway.
