I can't reproduce it right now, but when that setting is on, under certain circumstances when opening Chrome, it'll show on the New Tab page an option to continue with the last tab you had open.

How to trigger that? This setting is strange. Not even Google support knows anything about it.

Actually I think thats it. I have gotten a window to acces the page in Chrome homepage, I don't know how to trigger this.
