Chrome OS 70 stable

70 has yet to be pushed to the Pixelbook. So far only about half of the Chrome devices listed on the CrOS Updates page are eligible for 70.

If you want to keep tabs on its progress, you can check the updates page: https://cros-updates-serving.appspot.com/

Or if you want really up to the minute information, there is a CrOS Updates app on the Play Store that will send you a notification as soon as a major change occurs to "Eve."

Come on Google! Where is Chrome OS 70 for the Pixelbook! (It has been a long, long time since I've been eager for an OS update... like back to OS/2 days)

I updated my new Pixelbook this morning, but sadly it's at 69...well, sadly in this context anyways. :p

Got v70 just now. What about you all?

Yes! Just hit my Pixelbook. But its the weekend when yardwork and work around the house has priority. :( Looking forward to digging in and seeing how Chrome OS 70 expands and enhances my Pixelbook experience.

I haven't used it as much myself yet, but it does look visually more tablet-friendly.

Seems more streamlined and tablet-centric. Although, I would love to see a way to have home screen widgets in tablet mode instead of the "app drawer". appearance.

I must say, in the relatively short time I have the PB (6 months), the frequency and quality of Chrome OS system changes has been very impressive.
