Chrome palyback volume issue

Chrome browser playback volume is very low.
Especially when I watch something on youtube, the volume is very low.
I thought it was just the device, but other apps sound normally loud.
Anyone else having this issue??

What about other media being played by Chrome? Also low? Try going to Settings>Apps​, selecting Chrome, and clearing the cache.

Tried reboot, clearing cache, etc. but nothing seems to be working.

Are you listening to the media through a headset with a mic maybe? Do you also have volume levels under the mixer all the way up?

Just curious...what kind of media are you playing through chrome? Are these videos embeded using iframes in html? Can you give us an example?

I just confirmed that it happens witn ANY browsers!
I'm testing with youtube video with external speaker on V20.
Very weird that this is my second V20 and it happens with all two devices.

Does the phone have an equalizer feature? If so, try turning the equalizer off.
