Chrome Samsung support library app

I just saw this Google app called Chrome Samsung support library in the play store, here it is

The weird thing is it has no description so im not even sure what it's supposed to do or fix, anyway I installed and I'm waiting to see if I notice any changes in chrome.

If anyone figures out what it does let us know

Allows Chrome to use features specific to your device model. You may not need it but it's unlikely to do any harm to install. If you do install you may notice nothing. If your phone explodes after installing don't sue me ;-)
