Question Chrome tabs stop/reload

Hello all.

I am using a Samsung galaxy a14. When I use Chrome, I go to a site that uses a Javascript timer. When I switch tabs to another site, the timer stops. It only continues to count down if I have the tab actively open on the screen.

Is there any way to fix this? I would like to keep all my tabs active, even when switching between them.

Unfortunately there aren't many people at Android Central who are into coding. You'll probably be better off checking XDA Developers forums.
